6.4 Portfolio Rights

7. Payment Terms

9. Confidentiality

9.2 Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

10. Limitation of Liability

- No Consequential Damages: SkillLinkers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Indemnification

12. Termination
12.1 Termination by Client
You may terminate a project at any time by providing written notice. In such case:
- All payments made to date are non-refundable
- You will be invoiced for work completed up to the termination date
- Completed deliverables will be provided upon full payment
12.2 Termination by SkillLinkers
We reserve the right to terminate a project if:
- Payment is not received within the agreed timeframe
- Client becomes unresponsive for more than 30 consecutive days
- Client breaches these Terms of Service
- Project requirements violate ethical or legal standards
12.3 Kill Fee
If a project is terminated after significant work has begun, a kill fee may apply to compensate for time and resources already invested. This will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed.
13. Dispute Resolution
We believe in resolving disputes amicably and professionally. In the event of a disagreement:
